There’s something special about bringing new life to a home—especially when the work calls for equal parts vision, versatility, and hands-on craftsmanship.

Horizon & Luxury is currently transforming a nearly 2,000-square-foot home on 0.6 acres in dry-side Waimea, in the Kamuela area of Hawaiʻi Island. What began as a substantial residential renovation has grown into one of our most expansive projects to date, with work touching nearly every part of the property.

Led almost entirely by one craftsman, the project reflects what Horizon & Luxury was built around: the ability to see the whole picture while giving careful attention to the details that make a home feel intentional, functional, and distinctly its own.

From repairs and restoration to upgrades, finishes, and the many unexpected challenges that come with renovating an existing home, the Waimea project is an ongoing exercise in resourcefulness and craftsmanship.

And it’s still evolving.
